We are committed to helping at-risk and foster youth (ages 16–26) rebuild their lives with purpose, confidence, and a clear path forward.
We believe that one choice, one moment, one safe space can change everything.
Our Grow-With-You method is built to guide young people through every phase of their journey helping them learn, heal, and eventually begin earning and leading, with a foundation rooted in faith, identity, and truth.

We believe every at-risk and foster youth deserves the tools, skills, and support to create a future they’re proud of. Through our 7-phase Project REBUILD™ certification program, a Grow-With-You system, where youth gain life and leadership skills, earn income, step into leadership roles, and become valuable resources to others in their community.
We partner with schools, organizations, and individuals to ensure these youth aren’t held back by the added barrier of financial hardship.
MEET THE FOUNDER & CEO
Alexis M Carpenter
Founder of Raising Hope LLC, Motivational Speaker, and author of Changing the Reflection: The Faces We Wear and the Truths They Hide. But most importantly, I’m a Youth Mentor committed to helping at-risk and foster youth rebuild their lives with purpose, confidence, and a clear path forward, so they can create the life society said they'd never have.

IT ALL BEGINS IN THE REBUILD ROOM
Our safe, low-cost membership community where youth are seen, supported, and surrounded by mentors and peers who truly understand. This space builds trust, belonging, and personal responsibility.
From there, members enter Project REBUILD™—a multi-phase development journey grounded in the CODE REBUILD™ method:
CODE REBUILD™ 12-Week Bootcamp
CODE REBUILD™ 6-Week Trainee Track
CODE REBUILD™ LIVE 3-Day Certification Bootcamp
CODE REBUILD™ Rookie (3–6 month mentorship phase)
CODE REBUILD™ Ambassador (1-Year Peer Leader Track, earns 10% commission)
CODE REBUILD™ LIVE 5-Day Certification Training
CODE REBUILD™ Chapter Lead (Ongoing Leadership Role, earns 50% commission)
This isn’t a one-and-done intervention it’s a full-circle model where each phase strengthens identity, leadership, and life skills, while opening doors to mentorship, income, and long-term growth. When youth rise, rebuild, and lead, they naturally reach back to bring others with them. Global impact happens when we build together and call our brothers and sisters up.

community
The REBUILD Room is a safe, empowering community for at-risk and foster youth (ages 16–26) to heal, grow, and lead. Inside, members gain access to mentorship, monthly challenges, life skills training, and a network of peers who understand their journey helping them rebuild their lives with purpose, confidence, and a clear path forward.
Why It Matters
More than 70% of foster youth who age out of the system face homelessness, incarceration, addiction, or early pregnancy. We aim to intervene before those outcomes become inevitable. We give them the tools, mindset, and real-world skills to rewrite their future.
This movement isn’t about fixing anyone it’s about reminding them WHO THEY ARE.
